Receipt, storage & delivery service open for all existing clients.
As offices close and people opt to work from home during the Corona Virus Pandemic, we have been approached by a number of clients to act as a delivery point, and to store essential office equipment/stock for onward delivery to home workers and their customers/clients.
Given this, we have set aside circa 1500 sq ft of storage in West London, and a similar amount at our fulfilment centre in Milton Keynes. This space will be used solely for the following purposes;
- Accepting mail and parcels on your behalf
- Storage of mail & parcels (until you have re-opened)
- Onward delivery of mail & parcels (including re-packaging where required)
Should you wish us to handle any mail or parcels on your behalf, you’ll simply need provide us with the relevant carrier details (i.e. Royal Mail, DPD etc), and the tracking number(s). All items received will be uploaded to our WMS so you have full visibility of any items we are holding on your behalf. They can either be stored until you are ready to receive them, or, forwarded/delivered as required. There are numerous delivery options available to suit necessity / level of urgency.
Access to our live portal will be provided free of charge to all existing customers. Minimal goods in charges will be applied, and courier charges will be at your current standard rates. We assure you that our London courier services are running in order to serve our customers.
